Q: How can I view the status of my supply order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Does RPPsupply also deliver by their own Truck Fleet, or are the Child Care Supply products only shipped FEDEX or UPS?

A: We do deliver by our own Truck Fleet also, but only to certain parts of Northern & Central New Jersey. It would also depend on the size of your order. If you own a Child Care Center Daycare Center or any other type of business in Northern New Jersey or Central NJ, please call us Toll Free @ 1-888-777-2944, to see if you are in our Delivery Area, and if your orders, would qualilfy for delivery by our truck.

Q: What are the shipping costs for my supply order?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. When you are on the View Cart page, Enter your Zip Code on the page and click Submit. This will give you your shipping costs based on your Zip Code.

Q: Do you collect Sales Tax?

A: We are based in, and Licensed in New Jersey, therefore, We collect Sales Tax for NJ customers only.

A: Yes we do. We are a Small Business, and we are also a Veteran Owned Business.

A: Yes, after reconstituting with water, the Juice Blends are a 100% Full Strength Juice Product.

A: No, the 100% 7:1 Juice Concentrate Does Not have any added, Sugars, Sucrose, Corn Syrup, Fructose, or Carbohydrates.

Q: Is the 100% 7:1 Juice Concentrate a pasteurized product?

A: Yes the Juice Concentrate is a pasteurized product.

Q: Does RPPsupply.com sell any Juice Concentrate that does not have FD&C colors added?

A: Yes, we carry a full line of Clear Blend Juice Concentrate that does not have any FD&C food color added.

Q: The Juice Concentrate is called 100% 7:1 Juice Concentrate. What does the 7:1 mean?

A: When referring to 100% 7:1 Juice Concentrate, the term '7:1' is a mix ratio. This means you mix 16 ounces of Juice Concentrate to 1 Gallon of water.

Q: So, if i mix 16 Ounces of Juice Concentrate to 1 Gallon of water, exactly how much juice does 1 bottle or 1 case make?

A: One bottle of Juice Concentrate makes 4 Gallons of Juice. A full case of Juice Concentrate (6 bottles) will make 24 Gallons of full strength juice. Remember a Gallon of Juice is 128 Ounces.

Q: Do the ingredients used in the manufacturing of the Juice Concentrate meet the requirements set forth by the U.S.D.A. and F.D.A. and meet CACFP (Child & Adult Care Food Program), as 100% full strength juice?

A: Yes, the ingredients used in the manufacturing of the Juice Concentrate meet the requirements set forth by the U.S.D.A. and F.D.A. as a 100% Full Strength Juice Product.

Q: Does the 100% Juice Concentrate contain the 100% RDA for Vitamin C?

A: Yes, the 100% Juice Concentrate contains 60mg Vitamin C - 100% RDA.

Q: Do you have to refrigerate the Juice Concentrate?

A: No, the Juice Concentrate itself does not require refrigeration. It is a shelf stable product. After you mix the juice concentrate with water, you only have to refrigerate the unused mixed portion.

Q: How long is the Juice Concentrate good for or when does it expire?

A: The juice concentrate will have a date stamp on the label. This date stamp is the Production Date of the Juice. The Juice Concentrate is shelf stable 6 months from this production date stamped on the bottle.
